We believe that this world was created by a loving God who is anxiously awaiting for all of us to return to a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.
Thoughts on Horse Training:

- We believe that the horse is a created being and made for the enjoyment of all men (Job 39:19-25). We each have a responsibility to protect the earth and all of the creatures in it (Revelation 11:18).
- We subscribe to many of the Natural Horsemanship principles save we do not agree with evolution. Evolution is a theory and not a law. There is a law of gravity but no law of evolution. Evolution is a message of hopelessness and is falsely called science (1 Timothy 6:20). We support the creation story in the Bible which is also supported by science. Click Here for more info on creation and science.
- We believe that the Horse understands us much more than we think (Numbers 22:23-33). Horses have a God given fear of man. Man is not to subject any creature to animal cruelty (Proverbs 12:10).
- We believe that men should love their horses but should first love God and one another (Matthew 22:36-40). We are often too quick to judge others. If someone is having trouble mis-communicating with their horse we should show them a better way. We will never get others to embrace kind techniques with horses by being judgmental or hateful.
- We believe that heavy bits and spurs are not needed to teach a horse to move or stop. However, we also believe that all bits and spurs have a purpose and that they can be used appropriately (Psalm 32:8-9).
- When training a new horse we do not use heavy bits or spurs. We use gentle techniques from Natural Horsemanship (NH), a NH rope halter, and a snaffle bit.
- All horses no matter how well trained can buck, bite, kick, and run off. Developing good riding skills and leadership is essential to good communication with your horse.
- We can spend too much time doing ground work and not enough time riding. Ground work is good but riding is better.
- Hands downs, Frank Bell has a great video for all horse owners (Discover the Horse You Never Knew).
